Hevisited theSJICbuilding,chattingwith the faculties.ProfessorsofSJIC,Wu Tingjun, Zhang Kun, Shen Fan, Zhang Huaming,andhumanityschoolprofessorHe Xizhang andZhan Jian,thechairof the Party Committee ofSJIC,Zhang Mingxin, the Deanand othersattendedtheforum.

After returning HUST this time, Luo Zhenyu seemedveryexcited. As soon as the forum began, he got up and formally took a deep bow to thefacultiespresent. He showed his gratitude tofacultiesand his alma mater for the kindness in nurturinghim. After roughly 30 years, the changes of HUST and school made him filled with emotion. Firstly, Zhang Mingxin introduced the development of the school to Luo Zhenyu. Zhang Mingxin mentioned thatSJIChas gone through more than 30 years of development, from small to large in scale; from weak to strong in subject influence, and greatly enhanced in popularity and reputation; and the school’s influence has achieved a qualitative leap gradually and comprehensively.

Luo recalled his experience as a journalism student at HUST. Wu Tingjun, Shen fan, Zhang Huaming, He Xizhang and otherprofessors also recalled their own original impressionsof Luo Zhenyu. Professor Zhang Kun based on Luo Zhenyu’s experience of studying and growing upandput forward someinsights on the cultivation of talents and teaching methods.
