As soon as they got the news thatthe major hospitals in Wuhanwereinurgentneedofmedical supplies, faculty, studentsand alumnus volunteeredto join forces in supporting the fight. On the evening of January 24,organized and supported byseveralmastergraduates, Hongshulin andon-the-job masters, the call for donations spread widely on WeChat, andquickly received positive responses from the postgraduate group, alumnusat all levels, and caring people from all walks of life in the society.Within 2 days, 214 donations totaling RMB 46,889.17 were raised. Then shecomparedthe requirements of various hospitals for medical suppliesagain and again, contacted Xiehe Hospital, searched on platformslikeTaobao and 1688.
